With a foundational training in Client Centered therapeutic approaches and post-graduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Behavior Analysis, I aim to seamlessly blend evidence-based techniques to customize a treatment plan based on your current needs. My philosophy of change emphasizes a strengths-based approach with a strong belief that through collaboration, you will begin to gain awareness of and intentionally influence your automatic thoughts that may have been weighing you down.
